Cancellation Policy

1. Payment & Deposit : 50% of the total to secure the booking (15% of total is non-refundable in case of cancellation). 40% payable on the wedding day. 10% payable upon submission of the first draft. 2. Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event, the total package price will be charged. 3. Client Responsibilities: Please provide the timing and itinerary of your event at least 2 days prior. This allows us to capture each moment as it unfolds. 4. Editing and Delivery: Our editing and retouching process will take approximately 4-6 weeks post-event. You will receive a private online gallery for viewing and downloading your treasured images. 5. Copyright: KHAN LEANDER PHOTOGRAPHY retains copyright of all images and videos created. You may use them for personal enjoyment; however, any commercial use requires prior written consent. 6. Liability: KHAN LEANDER PHOTOGRAPHY is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses occurring during the event. 7. Additional Charges: Any additional services requested on the day may incur extra charges, ensuring we meet all your needs. **Pre-Wedding shoot -If a pre-wedding shoot exceeds 6 hours, additional time is charged at £50 per hour. -Travel and other expenses are to be covered by the client -For weddings/pre-wedding outside London zones, accommodation expenses are also to be covered by the client.
