Refund Policy

All advance payments made to Khan Leander Photography are non-refundable. If the client decides to cancel the booking for any reason, the advance amount will not be returned. If cancellation occurs after the full payment is made, a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work already completed. In the rare event that we are unable to attend due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we will arrange a qualified replacement photographer or provide a full refund. Changes to event dates or locations are subject to availability, and if we are unavailable, the booking will be treated as a cancellation.
