• A booking is confirmed only after the advance payment is received.

• All advance payments are non-refundable.

• Full payment must be completed before delivery of photos or videos.

• We do our best to capture all important moments, but specific shots cannot be guaranteed due to timing, venue rules, or weather.

• Edited photos and videos will be delivered within the agreed timeframe.

• RAW files are not provided unless agreed separately.

• Selected photos/videos may be used for our portfolio or social media unless you request otherwise.

• Clients must ensure venue access and necessary permissions for photography/videography.

• If we are unable to attend due to emergencies, a replacement professional will be arranged or a refund provided.
